Video-guide tour for deaf visitors in German sign language

A video guide is available for deaf visitors to Erfurt who would like to explore the city on their own and find out about the many places of interest without the aid of a tour guide.

With video stations at more than 20 locations including the Merchants' Bridge, the cathedral, Petersberg Citadel, the Old Synagogue, the Augustinian monastery, Anger square and the State Chancellery, deaf visitors can explore Erfurt's old quarter at their own pace. The videos are played on an easy-to-use iPod.
