Schmalzmühle

Schmalzmühle farm is situated between the Franconian Lakes and the small medieval town of Dinkelsbühl. Its heritage-listed farmyard features six holiday apartments offering a total of 22 beds.

The newly built wooden house contains the disabled-friendly holiday apartment Bergblick ('mountain view') with room for up to four guests. The nearby Wörnitz river and the panoramic view of Mount Hesselberg give the apartment its unique charm and create a comfortable and calming environment. The well-appointed apartment comprises a kitchen-lounge, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace.

There's always something going on at Schmalzmühle, with lots to discover all around the farmyard. The farm has its very own dairy, where milk from their 15 cows is turned into speciality cheeses. There's also a farm shop selling products from the local region.
