Anyone with special needs who wants to actively discover the Lusatian Lakeland is also very welcome. Well-developed paths lead almost everywhere through the emerging holiday region. Cyclists and handbikers can enjoy leisurely or sporty excursions on six barrier-free circular routes around the new lakes, depending on their fitness level and personal wishes. The paths are wide, mostly asphalted and predominantly flat with few inclines. Lake Senftenberg (18 km), Lake Geierswald and Lake Partwitz (37 km), Lake Gräbendorf (9 km), Lake Halbendorf (6 km), Lake Dreiweibern (8 km) and Lake Bärwald (20 km) can be circumnavigated without any obstacles. The circuits range from easy to moderately difficult.
